GLA Evalutaion Reviews
The GLA commissioned the University of Sheffield and University of Liverpool to independently assess the effectiveness of the Authority. A baseline report was published in August 2007. A first annual review was published in November 2007 with a second report published in March 2009.

Awareness of the GLA in Northern Ireland
In October 2008, ICM Research surveyed on behalf of the GLA recruitment agencies in Norther Ireland to ascertain levels of awareness with the licensing requirements.

Radio Advertising Campaign
During August 2006 the GLA ran a commercial radio advertising campaign to raise awareness of the GLA with workers. Adverts were broadcast in English, Polish and Portuguese. Bright Sparks Research evaluated the success of the campaign.
