Licence Revocation list
> Click here for a list of revoked GLA licences
A record is added to the revocation list where:
- the labour provider does not contest a revocation decision, and the period to make an appeal elapses
- the labour provider contests a revocation decision, but on appeal the person hearing the appeal finds in favour of the GLA
- the labour provider withdraws the appeal
All licence revocations listed took place within the specified month.
Labour providers who had their licences revoked may reapply and be granted a new licence if the issues have been resolved (unless declared 'not fit and proper' to hold a licence). Check the Public Register to see if a new licence has been granted. Alternatively, ring the GLA Helpline on 0845 602 5020 to check if a business holds a licence.
Use of this list does not constitute the required check of the register to ensure you only contract with a licensed labour provider. Alternatively sign up for an active check for the current status of a licence and updates on any changes to the licence.
If you have any doubts as to whether any labour provider holds a current licence please contact the GLA on 0845 602 5020.
This list is updated at the end of the each month. This list was last updated on 1 September 2010.
