Subject: News article published in 2018

Question(s):

On 2018-10-31 the following press release was issued: "Arrests after man 'lived in shed for four years'" (https://www.gla.gov.uk/whats-new/press-release-archive/31102018-arrests-after-man-lived-in-shed-for-four-years/). No further information about this case has made it into the public domain.
Can you please clarify what the status of the investigation is: Whether the arrested couple were acquitted, prosecuted or the investigation is ongoing? If the investigation is ongoing, when do you anticipate that the outcome will be announced? If the couple were prosecuted, the relevant court details and date.
