Compliance inspections

Freedom of Information Act Request

Ref: FOI 21-22 38

Date issued: 14 March 2022

Subject: Compliance inspections

Question(s):

Are you able to also send me a confirmation that RDUK has gone through GLA’s compliance inspection during the term of their licence and what date the inspection was?

Response:

Under the FOI Act, certain information is exempt from release. One exemption (under section 21 of the FOIA) applies to information that is accessible to the applicant by other means. Your request falls into this category. This information is available in the GLAA website under ‘Who has been inspected’ page.
