As part of the transition to the Home Office IT infrastructure, the GLAA will cease to send emails from 12:00 on Friday 21 September 2018 until 07:00 on Monday 24 September 2018.
All incoming emails are being redirected to the new address, with "gla" being replaced with "glaa", and will be answered as soon as possible.
There is no change to the website address.
Update: Monday 24 September
Owing to the IT transition, emails sent to the GLAA between 12:00 on Friday 21 September and 08:00 on Monday 24 September may not have been received. We would ask that any emails sent between these times are re-sent. Our email system is now up and running again and emails sent now should be received.
Update: Tuesday 2 October
Alongside the IT transition, all GLAA email addresses have been updated to end with @gla.gov.uk. The gsi part of the email address has been removed in line with government policy. There has been no change to security settings. Only the email address has changed.
