Below are details of convictions arising out of investigations by the GLAA - working either independently or in partnership with other law enforcement agencies.

Offences under the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 included are:

  • Operating as a gangmaster without a licence  - S12 (1)
  • Possession of documentation - either false, improperly obtained or belonging to someone else - with intent to appear licensed S12 (2)
  • Entering into arrangements with an unlicensed gangmaster (S13)
  • Obstructing a GLAA officer (S18)
