Offences under the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 included are:
- Operating as a gangmaster without a licence - S12 (1)
- Possession of documentation - either false, improperly obtained or belonging to someone else - with intent to appear licensed S12 (2)
- Entering into arrangements with an unlicensed gangmaster (S13)
- Obstructing a GLAA officer (S18)
