Partnership

The GLAA is one of three enforcement bodies that work together to tackle labour exploitation and other labour market offences. We work closely with both the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) and HMRC’s National Minimum Wage team. You can find out more about these bodies here.

Publications

Read the Pósch et al (2024) report Measuring the scale and nature of labour market non-compliance affecting people in precarious work in the UK on the GOV.UK website. This is an update to the Director of Labour Market Enforcement (DLME) commissioned assessment on the scale and nature of precarious working in the UK.
