List of compliance inspections
We carry out compliance inspections to check that licence holders are continuing to meet the licensing standards.
The compliance inspection report lists the number of inspections conducted by the GLAA. Inclusion is not an indication that a company has been identified as non-compliant.
If you use services from any company listed on the active check service you may wish to contact them to find out the outcome of their inspection. You should also consider signing up for the GLAA's active check service on any company you are interested in to receive immediate notification of any changes to their licence status.

The licensing team review the report and decide whether any action should be taken. This can range from attaching Additional Licence Conditions to the licence, to the labour provider having their licence revoked. If all the standards are being met no further action is needed.
If you have had a compliance inspection the licensing team will contact you, normally in writing, to notify you of the outcome.
