Freedom of Information Act Request

Ref: FOI 20-21 05

Date issued: 24 July 2020

Subject: Previous corporate plans

Question(s):

I'd like to request the GLA's 2006 and 2007 corporate plans, and all full reviews (not to be confused with your annual reports, or the lengthy executive summaries) carried out/due to be carried out by the University of Sheffield and University of Liverpool in the 2000s - I understand the first annual review was November 2007, and that further annual reviews were published in 2008, 2009, and an additional report published about the first three years of the GLA's operation of the licensing scheme.

Response:

The National Archives copy of the GLA website from December 2010 has the Evaluation study baseline report published in August 2007, the Annual review from November 2007 and the second report published in March 2009. These were the three reports from the University of Liverpool and University of Sheffield:

https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20101224145349/http://www.gla.gov.uk/index.asp?id=1013265

Also attached are the following documents:

Business Plan 2006-2007 relating to the Corporate Plan 2006-2009
Business Plan 2008-09 relating to the Corporate Plan 2007 – 2010
Corporate Plan 2006-2009
Corporate Plan 2007-2010

Due to archiving and changing of IT platforms we are unable to locate a Business Plan copy for 2007 – 2008. That would relate to the second year of the Corporate Plan 2006-2009/first year of the Corporate Plan 2007-2010, due to the “rolling” process in the production of Corporate Plans.
Nor could we locate a copy through national archives.
