Freedom of Information Act Request

Ref: FOI 22-23 01

Date issued: 19 May 2022

Subject:  Organisational structure

Question(s):

Can I please request an organogram/organisation structure of everyone who works within the following teams, including names:  IT, Digital, Data, Infrastructure, Applications, PMO and Programme Managers & Directors.

Response:

Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), certain information is exempt from release. One exemption under section 21 (1) applies to information that is reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means. Your request falls into this category. The GLAA Structure is available on our website.

As you will see on our structure, the only department relevant to the GLAA is IT. We note you have specifically asked for names of all colleagues working in IT, as you have requested personal data, we have decided on balance that this information is exempt under section 40 (2) of the FOIA. However, you can find names of colleagues in senior management roles in our most recent Board minutes available online here: www.gla.gov.uk/media/7888/75th-glaa-board-031121-minutes-public-facing.pdf. You can also find information, including names, of our non-executive Board members online here: www.gla.gov.uk/who-we-are/glaa-board-members/.
