Subject: Staff accused and disciplined of misconduct

Question(s):

1.    How many of your staff have been accused of a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

2.    How many of your staff have been disciplined for a) sexual misconduct, or b) other professional misconduct in the workplace since 1st January 2021?

Response:

1.    Since 1^st January 2021, zero colleagues have been accused of sexual misconduct. Two colleagues were accused of general misconduct; however, this was not in the course of carrying out statutory duties.

2.    At the time of our response (since 1^st January 2021), zero colleagues have been disciplined for sexual misconduct, one colleague has been disciplined for general misconduct.
