Subject: Contractual Home Workers

Question(s):

Including the following information:

  1. The number of staff that currently work employed by the organisation that are contractual home workers
  2. The number of contractual home workers employed by the organisation in each of the last three financial years: 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22

You clarified that by “the department” you meant the core department

By “contractual home workers” you meant employees who have it written into their contracts that their normal working arrangements are to work from home.

 

Response:

1.     68 members of staff work employed by the organisation as contractual home workers (as at 01/09/2022).

 

2.     The number of contractual home workers employed by the organisation in each of the last three financial years are as follows:

o   65 – for 2019-20 (as at 31/03/2020)

    • 70 – for 2020-21 (as at 31/03/2021)
