Could you please confirm that yearly charge rate guidance as issued in a brief by the GLA/GLAA has been and is checked with HMRC?

Response:

As stated in Brief 78, the information on charge rates is provided by the ALP as set out in the introduction. Under ‘further information’ the Brief directs queries on the figures to be sent to the ALP as it is their information and not a requirement of the licensing scheme to meet these charge rates. Therefore, the GLAA does not hold the information you have requested.
