Subject: Enforcement action taken against UK fishing companies

Question:

I would like to request information on enforcement actions taken against UK fishing companies by the Agency between April 2023 to present day.

 

Information on enforcement action includes:

1. Warning Letters

2. Labour Market Enforcement Undertakings

3. Labour Market Enforcement Orders

4. Criminal Prosecutions

Please include information on the company the enforcement action has been issued to, including name of the company, type of offence, date of enforcement action was undertaken and size of fine if given.

From April 2023 to present date, the enforcement action against UK fishing companies by the Agency to date includes:
