Please provide your recorded information on equality impact assessments conducted on your compliance or enforcement strategy in the period 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2025.

Our response:

The GLAA does not have an ‘Enforcement Strategy’. Therefore, the information you have requested is not held.

The Equality Impact Assessment for the Compliance Strategy was completed in December 2020, which falls outside the period you have requested. Under our Duty to Assist (section 16), we have provided this. Please note, this was not changed following consultation as we did not receive any further data.
