I would also like to know if your calls are recorded please – Can I have your call policy also.
Our response:
The GLAA only records outgoing and incoming calls to our Contact Centre.

Please note, some information, where colleague’s details are listed has been redacted under section 40(2) of the FOIA. We are not obliged to provide information that is personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the data protection principles as set out in the Data Protection Act 2018. Considering the release of this piece of information, I am of the view that releasing this personal data would not serve any legitimate public interest.
