Subject: Complaints concerning data centre facilities

Question:

1.    The number of complaints received by the GLAA between January 1st 2025 and the date on which this request is fulfilled, concerning the following data centre facilities currently under construction (name of operator in brackets):
•    South Mimms, Hertfordshire (Equinix/DC01UK)
•    London Docklands Campus (Ada Infrastructure)
•    Hayes Digital Park (Colt)
•    Cambois Data Centre (QTS)
•    Banbury Avenue, Slough (Equinix)
•    Stockport Data Centre, Greater Manchester (Kao Data)

2.    Copies of all complaints received by the GLAA concerning the above set of facilities, during the same time period as specified above

Our response:

According to a search of our systems, we have received no complaints regarding the above construction projects. Therefore, the GLAA does not hold the information you have requested.
