Julia Mulligan reappointed as Chair of the GLAA Board

Julia Mulligan has been reappointed as Chair of the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority until 17 Nov 2026. This reappointment has been made in accordance with the Governance Code on Public Appointments.

Julia holds several senior leadership roles including Chair of the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales (PABEW) and the Senior Independent Director (SID) for the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC). She is an Independent Member of the Parole Board where she also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee. Julia is also Chair of Trustees for the Independent Domestic Abuse Service (IDAS).
