If you have signed up for the GLAA's active checks service then please note that as we currently have limited access to our office we are unable to send out active check notifications by post.

In order to ensure you receive active check notifications please login and change your preferred method of communication to email.

Please do not send any post, especially if urgent or payments, to the GLAA offices. We’d encourage people to make payments via BACS where possible – please get in touch via email if this is an issue. Email: finance@gla.gov.uk or licensing@gla.gov.uk for any licensing related queries.
