More information on how the GLAA handles complaints is set out in our Complaints procedure.

Important

Our complaints handling policy specifically excludes certain items - for example, appeals against licence decisions (which are dealt with under a different set of policies) or policy decisions that we are empowered to make as part of our regulatory activities (such as setting licence fee levels). Please read the Complaints procedure for a full list of items that are excluded.
